This is the guiding principle of our refreshed brand. In 2012, we introduced an updated look and feel to Danze that supports this principle and reinforces the elements that made “Danzaholics” of many of you during our early years – including a strong profit opportunity for our channel partners.
Also in 2012, we introduced a new line of showerheads and handheld showers, the 500 Series pressure balance tub-shower valve, our new Tumbled Bronze finish, and we began to see positive results of the recently released stylish, yet competitive, collections of Reef, Antioch, Amalfi and Prince.
As if all that weren’t enough, we continued to drive cost reduction and operational changes to improve our overall efficiency. We are pleased with our success in these areas, but we are still forced to make some adjustments to our list prices. These changes will result in a weighted average list price increase of 2% and will take effect with orders placed on or after February 4, 2013.
All non-quoted orders received before February 4, 2013, will receive pricing based on the current list prices. Between now and this date, customers may place up to 1⁄4 of the last 12 months’ purchases and receive current pricing. There is a complete list price spreadsheet available online and updated list price books will begin to ship to all customers in January.
