Responsibilities:

Ability to identify errors in daily transactions and correct.

Identify various failure reasons in EDI process, identify its root cause, and develop solutions to fix errors (i.e. daily EDI success/ failure transaction reporting and correction/ resubmission of transactions).

Independently be able to test EDI transaction with new trading partner.

Develop strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Order Management/ Pricing/ Shipping and invoicing functions.

Maintain existing EDI Trading Partner setups.

Keep daily EDI transactions error-free and work with  trading partner EDI team to resolve any issues.

Work with Operations department to prioritize adding new trading partners and develop action plans.

Establish new partners by collecting trading partner document specification, translation of the document, Oracle ERP set up, and conducting testing of EDI transactions with trading partner EDI contact. 

Perform all other duties as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or 2 – 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Knowledge of webMethods and Oracle applications or similar applications is preferred.

Must be a strong oral and written communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Willingness to cooperate and accept added responsibilities.

Ability to work well with all co-workers and manager.
