The Chase Park Plaza has been an icon in St. Louis since 1922. Its location, architecture and grandeur have attracted high-end business and leisure travelers, world re-known actors and singers, as well as many U.S. presidents for decades.
So when The Chase Park Plaza development and design team started envisioning the future of The Private Residences, they knew the expectations were high. They wanted these homes to reflect the rich history they were born from, but ensure the spaces were comfortable and stylish.
“We were thrilled when we discovered Danze,” says Michelle O’Toole, lead designer on the project and president of O’Toole Design. “We initially specified two other brands of faucets and accessories, but when we learned of Danze and the all the benefits that came with the brand, we were happy to switch.”
According to O’Toole, Danze gave them a sought-after combination - quality, high design as well as overall styling and finish options. “We really needed to set ourselves apart,” says O’Toole. “The Opulence Collection was great for the homes trying to achieve a more traditional style, and Parma is perfect for the spaces echoing a more contemporary décor.”
